Animals, in general, are constantly on alert, and it is advisable to be as discreet as possible. We remind you of the main rules to be followed when carrying out the Garrano observation activity:
- Don’t make noise. Enjoy the sounds of nature.
- Avoid getting too close to animals. Use binoculars or a telescope to observe details. The approach must be made “facing” the animals, avoiding surprising them. Whenever you observe horses alert, you should move to more distant areas.
- Look for wide and few exposed observation points, reducing the disturbance caused.
- Wear clothes in discreet colors, which easily blend into the environment.
- Stay on the defined routes, avoiding trampling vegetation.
- Move in small groups, avoiding crowds.
- Respect local signage and private property.
